About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Associate Creative Director (ACD) to lead, inspire, and elevate our creative output. With 5–8 years of experience in branding, advertising, or integrated marketing, the ideal candidate brings a strong design foundation, strategic thinking ability, and proven leadership skills.

As an Associate Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, strategy team, and client servicing team to deliver compelling brand narratives, breakthrough visual systems, and high-impact campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Direction

-  Lead and mentor a team of designers, visualizers, copywriters, and junior creatives.

-  Translate brand strategy into powerful creative concepts and campaigns.

-  Oversee projects from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency and excellence.

-  Provide constructive feedback and guide teams toward high-quality output.

Brand & Campaign Development

-  Develop brand identities, campaign concepts, communication systems, and visual guidelines.

-  Drive storytelling across platforms including social media, websites, packaging, print, OOH, and digital campaigns.

-  Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Client Collaboration

-  Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating creative rationale confidently.

-  Understand client briefs deeply and transform them into innovative creative solutions.

-  Build trusted relationships with clients through strong communication and strategic thinking.

Strategic Thinking

-  Collaborate with the strategy team to align creative direction with brand positioning and business goals.

-  Stay updated with market trends, emerging design tools, and cultural insights.

-  Contribute to pitch decks and new business proposals.

Quality Control & Delivery

-  Maintain high standards of design, typography, layout, storytelling, and overall creative quality.

-  Review and approve creative assets before final delivery.

-  Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-  5–8 years of experience in a creative agency, branding studio, or advertising firm.

-  Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, campaigns, and multi-platform design work.

-  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.

-  Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

-  Excellent presentation and communication skills.

-  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

-  Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
