About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visualiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across digital, print, and integrated campaigns. As a Senior Visualiser, you will play a key role in translating brand strategies into powerful visual narratives that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence.

This role requires a strong design sensibility, conceptual thinking, leadership abilities, and hands-on expertise in industry-standard design tools. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, marketing teams, and clients to deliver impactful creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-  Lead the visual conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital, print, social media, packaging, web, and OOH platforms.

-  Interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into innovative visual concepts.

-  Develop mood boards, storyboards, layouts, and design systems that align with brand positioning.

-  Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.

-  Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction.

-  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, strategy, and production.

-  Present design concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.

-  Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

-  Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-  5–8 years of professional experience in advertising agencies, branding studios, or corporate creative teams.

-  Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality execution across various mediums.

-  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

-  Working knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX tools is a plus.

-  Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.

-  Ability to think strategically while executing creatively.

-  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-  Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
