Job Description

A Senior Graphic Designer at our agency plays a key role in shaping visual communication across print, digital, and electronic platforms. This position demands a strong creative vision, the ability to produce high-quality design assets, and the expertise to translate client requirements into compelling visual solutions. You will collaborate closely with creative teams and account managers to ensure concepts align with brand strategy and project objectives.

In this role, you will lead design projects end-to-end—from concept development to final execution. You will be responsible for creating brand identities, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, presentations, website layouts, campaign assets, and more. A deep understanding of typography, layout principles, color theory, and brand consistency is essential for success in this position.

Beyond design execution, the Senior Graphic Designer will mentor junior designers, review their work, and provide creative direction where needed. You will also contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, help refine creative strategies, and ensure that all deliverables maintain the highest design standards. This position requires proactive problem-solving, aesthetic judgment, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Qualification

-  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

-  4–7 years of professional design experience in an agency or creative team.

-  Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.

-  Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and campaign work.

-  Ability to lead projects and guide junior designers.

-  Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
